LUKE DICKS

FOUNDER

I have spent over 15 years in the construction industry, progressing from hands-on site work to leading and delivering complex development projects.

My career began on the tools, giving me a direct understanding of how buildings are actually put together, not just how they are designed. That grounding continues to shape how I operate today: with a focus on detail, sequencing, and what it truly takes to deliver on site.

Over time, I moved into project and construction management roles, taking responsibility for schemes ranging from small-scale works through to developments exceeding £20 million, including multi-unit residential schemes, high-end refurbishments, and structurally complex projects.

My involvement has consistently covered the full project lifecycle from early-stage planning and coordination through to delivery and handover.

This allows me to operate across all project levels, aligning design, commercial control, and on-site execution to ensure proper delivery of what was planned.

Vale & Co. was established to provide that level of oversight and accountability in a structured, professional format. Too many projects suffer from fragmentation, poor coordination, and a lack of clear ownership.

We take responsibility for delivery. We work with clients who require clarity, control, and confidence that their project will be managed properly, from initial strategy through to completion.
